Logistics & partners

Logistics partners: Pharma cold chain visibility partner

GxP-validated monitoring for logistics service providers, without the in-house validation and technology burden. Trusted by Cencora, DHL, Kuehne+Nagel, and NX.

The challenges

Six points where your customer's cold chain becomes your team's problem

Before shipment · Your operation

Devices that never started

The shipment leaves the dock with a device nobody switched on. The first anyone hears of it is a missing record at destination, and an investigation into a shipment that was probably fine.

Our solution

During shipment · Your customer

Customers who cannot see their shipment

With no live view of their own, your customers use your support desk as their tracking tool, one call and one email at a time. And when something does go wrong on the way, nobody knows in time to act on it.

Our solution

After shipment · Your customer

Lane performance you cannot show

Your customers are starting to measure you: lead times by lane, adherence to their route and packaging SOPs, excursions per partner. If they hold the record and you do not, the review is theirs to run.

Our solution

The outcomes

100% visibility & quality documentation

Every shipment visible to your customer, every report ready at delivery.

Up to 90% reduction in product write-offs

Act while the product can still be saved.

50% reduction in excursion rates

Lane analytics show where excursions cluster.

97.5% of 2026 trips on reused devices

Devices come back and go out again, lane after lane.

200+ airlines approve Saga devices for flight

Automatic flight mode and a non-lithium battery, on every air lane you sell.

86% lower emissions per shipment

Reusable devices instead of single-use loggers.

Device portfolio

Devices that monitor the entire supply chain, from pallets to units

A Saga device standing at an angle on a pale surface, its screen reading 20.5 °C with 75% battery and Signal OK above the Start and Stop controls

Saga device

Pallet to box · Reports on its own

A reusable cellular device for pallets and boxes. It reports temperature, location, and light events in real time, and is returned to us for servicing before it goes out again.

4 model types, −200 to +50 °C
  • Standard−20 to +50 °C
  • Arctic−30 to +30 °C
  • Dry Ice−95 to +50 °C
  • Cryogenic−200 to +50 °C

Dry Ice and Cryogenic measure through the PR-T80 probe.

Saga Card

Pallet to secondary package · Reports on its own

A cellular tracker smaller than a credit card that travels inside the carton, so you keep visibility once the pallet is split. It reports location, and temperature where the use case needs it.

BLE label

Box to carton · Needs a reader or parent

A label for the carton that keeps its own log. A gateway or the Controlant App reads it at each handover, so you have evidence of an excursion or tampering, even when a device isn't returned.

Labels and indicators →

A phone camera scanning a WarmMark QR indicator on receipt: the card, marked Scan on receipt, Red indicates and Exposure above, framed on screen with Image captured and a Save scan button

Passive indicator

Carton to unit or dose · Needs a reader or parent

The WarmMark QR indicator: single use and battery free, down to the single pack. Scanning its code on receipt shows whether it was exposed above its limit, and our integration, in development, brings that reading into the Controlant platform.

Questions about Logistics partners

How does a partnership work?

Real-time monitoring becomes part of the service you sell, and you decide how it appears in your offer: World Courier made it standard for every customer rather than a premium feature. You try it on your own shipments, put Share Shipment in front of your customers under your brand, roll out, then grow on the same platform. Terms are agreed partnership by partnership, and we do not publish prices.

Can our customers see shipments under our brand?

Yes. Share Shipment and the platform's white-label applications run under your branding and embed in your own portal, and your customer opens a live, view-only page from a link, with no account to create. World Courier runs Share Shipment for its customers.

Is the platform validated, and what does that mean for our customers?

Yes: to FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and EU GMP Annex 11, under ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001, with the audit trail always on. GxP compliance stays with the regulated company; you and your customers get a validated system to rely on inside it.

Who acts when a shipment excurses?

Your team does, while the shipment is still moving. Alerts go out in real time by the severity levels and to the contacts you set, and the excursion sits on the same record as the shipment.

Are Saga devices approved for air freight?

Yes. They are approved by more than 200 airlines and are IATA, FAA and EASA compliant, with automatic flight mode and a battery that is not classed as dangerous goods.
