How it works
What decides whether a shipment needs a person
Each product has a digital stability profile
The temperatures it can take, how long in total it may spend outside them (its stability budget), and how often it may freeze and thaw.
The shipment is watched on the way
Products are added to the shipment when it is created. If something goes wrong in transit, alarms still warn the people who can act. They are kept apart from the release decision.
On arrival, each product is checked against its own budget
Within budget, the product is released automatically. Beyond it, only that product goes to your quality team, not the whole shipment.
